Hi there

I am Jo,  I live in Essex with my husband, son and our mad spaniel. 

I started blogging when my now taller than me son was a baby, in the times of the big ‘Mummy Blogger’ boom. 

That led me into my career and running my now 13 year old business Geek Fairy Design Studio

This blog doesn’t get as much attention and posts as it should, but that is as life is busy and my preferred thing is now TikTok. I am quite a good Tiktoker – sharing vidoes of me making over our house, DIY tips, transforming our garden and the 101 crafts I love doing.

I also post on Instagram, although without the ‘perfect Insta’ house I much prefer the chaos of TikTok.
